Can I just say that buying a house is a nightmare!
Mortgage, valution, surveys, quotes for the surveys, quotes for building and contents insurance, quotes for income protection, quotes for death or critical illness cover, arrangement fees, searches…..arrggghhh!
Right. There we go. I’m a lot calmer now. 🙂
Dealing with arsehole buyers (not an issue in your case) who try and push the deposit happening back to completion day, problems further up the chain, the sellers not being ready to exchange, sellers being on holiday just before completion and therefore not actually leaving the house until 3-4 hours after they should have been out and so on.
Guess why I’m not planning on moving again for at least another 25 years.
Tell me about it Im in the early stages of my flat purchase and I want a nuke to pile all the fucking estate agents and wankers in suits together and drop a big fucking nuke right on top of em all…. ow well the thought of being a homeowner is pulling me through and should pull you through too…..
