Coppernet?

Hahaha! Got this in an email yesterday:

“Fibernet just called…to explain that the outage is ongoing with Fibernet splicing staff ‘on-site’ where they have located a fibre break. The ‘on-site’ location is a cable trough located outside and the engineers found a hack-saw in the trough, which has been used to cut all the cables. The splicing staff are working to repair the damage now and Fibernet will be calling us hourly with updates.

Police are also now on-site since all the copper cables in the same location appear to have been taken. The police are questioning the travellers located in an adjacent field.”
